For over 65s who may be living alone or have limited opportunity to get out and about, Elder Care Groups provide companionship, fun, advice and support. Hosted by the parish of Burnside-Harewood in partnership with the Anglican Care Elder Care Project, this Group offers a varied programme of activities, afternoon tea and transport all at a minimal cost per guest.
Where: St Timothy's Church, 46 Kendall Ave, Burnside
When: Thursdays 10-12.30 pm
Cost: $3.00 per session (includes morning tea)

Volunteers Welcome
Our volunteers greatly enjoy their experience at the Elder Care Groups too. If you have an hour or two weekly or fortnightly to spend with our guests or help with transport, we would love to hear from you.
